The eco “village” will have water stairs and solar panels and will reflect The Sacred Healing vibrations mission to help as many people as possible to both thrive on and be liberated from this Earth.
This healing Center will have Courses on how to care for our precious Earth and how to care for ourselves so we can live in Peace and harmony. As within so without- it all starts with inner change but we can not stop there, we have to let our vision speak also in the material realm.
We are creating a healing center in a beautiful and healing environment, where we offer guidance, knowledge and spiritual techniques to help clients strengthen their health and well-being on all levels.
A healing center with man’s creative nature in focus – when we relax deeply with the help of yoga and music, we can explore our potential and live in harmony with nature. Costa del sol Sacred Healing center is a place of recovery and spiritual learning. People who want to return home to themselves and course leaders come here to explore more about themselves and how they can live in harmony with nature.
The food for the guests is produced on site and all nature’s resources are shown respect and are part of a cycle. We have a unique overall solution where the separation between man and nature is reduced. The need to get away from everyday life in the big city and really feel who we are and where we come from can be fulfilled in a joyful way with us here. We take you down from the head into the heart. When we can live from the heart, we become aware of how we are connected to nature.
At the healing center on the Costa del Sol in Spain, our guests are given space to recover and heal on a deep level. Everything is healing here; the food, the water, the smells, the sounds, the beauty and the harmony both indoors and in the surrounding nature with the fantastic view. Love and joy for both eyes, ears and for our whole being. Yoga exercises and breathing techniques every day for those who want.
Treatments that provide complete relaxation and exercises that energize deeply. Sound healing in the pool in the tropical greenhouse to the trickle of the waterfall.
Our online programs serve as support and complement to the retreats and courses in Spain.
We offer group retreats and personal retreats for spiritual teachers but also private individuals. The opportunity to come to the healing center between courses and retreats exists for those who work with their own clients and courses to “fill up” and raise their energy so that they can continue to give to others with even higher energy.Â
During the retreat there is the possibility of private treatments with both of us and e.g. massage. We will also have a small spa/relaxation area with foot massage and IR sauna. Above all, guests will find recuperation outside in the gardens and meditation groves with flowers and water stairs.
Ongoing own courses will be:

2. Yogic Food – healthy food that supports the spiritual practice
3. From mindfulness via emptiness to Soulfulness
A variety of courses held by guest teachers also contribute to further development of the healing center. Planned courses include: how to build mud houses, permaculture and forest gardening.Â

By learning the secrets of sound and frequency and how to tap into the power of the quantum field you will master one of the most fundamental ways this dimension operates on. You are tuning your being to a certain vibration not to download something from the universe but to “Inner load“ meaning you are the sender and the world shows you the echo by serving what you order on a silver plate.
Some things are so easy that we think there is a need to complicate them in order for them to work. We are cutting all those limiting beliefs that were holding us back in the past. To help this process we are opening up the body with yoga and Kriya techniques. Breathing and postures will create alignment in the body alignment with the earth and the stars. You will be cleansed from old habits and new will be formed.
The days start with a meditation and then an alkaline green drink to keep the blood sugar ok until after the morning yoga class. Evening soft yoga will be very calm and restorative with hands on healing and sound bath.
Friday will be a ceremony and live DJ after and the night ends with a sananga, essential oil and sound healing. We will, with the help of yoga exercises both for body, mind and soul, open up the system to become receptive to the healing and energy transfer you will receive from Kritagya Das.Â
With the help of yoga, we open up heart chakra, strengthen your will center, clear the throat and stabilize the root so that you can stand firm on earth and manifest divine intelligence to a three-dimensional form with ease.
Through breathing exercises you can keep more energy in your system and with chanting of mantras we raise the vibration and calm the mind. The high vibrational energy that comes through will take the whole group to a higher state of consciousness.
This retreat requires no prior knowledge, just that you are interested in exploring what is beyond the physical and willing to let go of old thought patterns. We conclude with a chanting ceremony
