Module 1: Grounding Into Her Magic (March)
This month is all about connecting to mother earth and grounding into her magic – really find the physical awareness of this precious moment. So each week we are working with a specific frequency connected to earth and the physical body.
We are going to work with specific vibrations each month and week. You are going to receive a new meditation each month that will activate your magical gifts. We are going to guide you from where you are at this moment to step up your life for a lasting transformation. Deeper healing of tissues and organs, mind body and emotions are a very important part of this month.
In the first class are we going to explore your 4 health goals: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Explore why meditation, mindset, yoga, exercises and food are important in your spiritual practice. Our session is a mixture of coaching, lecture, planning and experience. In the second session will we work with energetic bonds and remove them. You will also learn how to do this properly on your own.
Every Sunday will a new short morning meditation with one of us will be released, you can join live or listen to the replay. We recommend that you listen to that meditation every morning that week.
